1. How do Referral Credits work?

Our referral credits are a way to show I appreciate our esteemed customers who recommend their friends and neighbors, family or colleagues to our clinic. When you refer a new client to us, and they schedule and complete a procedure (sr4720), you and your friend will receive a sr500 credit applied to their accounts.

2. How do I get referral credits?

Once your referred friend is ready to schedule an appointment, make sure you have the reference card with your name complete and contact number provided (cards are available at the clinic). When they arrive for their appointment, they present us with the reference card, and once they have had a qualified treatment (sr4720 or more on treatments or services), both you and your friend will have the sr500 credit applied to your accounts.

3. How do I redeem referral credits?

You can redeem credits as soon as they are applied to your account. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Reference credits They can be used to pay up to 50% of any treatment or service.

4. How many Referral Credits can I earn?

There is no limit to the number of new customers you can recommend our clinic, so please share with as many friends, colleagues or relatives as you wish. We appreciate you helping us grow our clinic. and we want to reward you for every successful referral.

5. Are there restrictions or limits on credits? reference?

We want our Credit by Referral program to be nice and simple, but there are some “Terms and Conditions” that must be taken into account (listed below). 8. How are my Referral Credits applied?

Terms and conditions

3. The referrer is an existing VICTORIA AESTHETICS client that has referred a new client to VICTORIA AESTHETICS.

4. The new client is the person referred to VICTORIA AESTHETICS by an existing client.

5. The sr500 offer for the sender or referral is not You cannot refund or transfer cash.

6. The sr500 offer is not applicable to rates of any medical consultation.

7. The sr500 offer cannot be used in conjunction with current offers or discounts.

8. The sr500 credit should only be enjoyed at anyone of the VICTORIA AESTHETICS centers. It is non-transferable to third parties.

9. In the event that a new client is referred by two or more references, VICTORIA AESTHETICS will only issue one credit and it is the only one responsible for determining the referent in such situations.

10. This is an ongoing program, but can be withdrawn at any time. If the program is withdrawn, we will respect the Pending referrals for a period of 6 weeks after you withdraw the offer

Concerning

1. The referrer will only qualify for the credit for sr500 treatment once the New Client has completed their first treatment.

2. The sr500 credit applies only to treatments with a minimum spend of sr4720.

3. There is no limit to recommending multiple friends and redeem several sr500 offers, but you must give a card to each referral and You can only use a credit of sr500 per treatment.

New client

1. The new customer can use their credit to pay for your next treatment, only if you spend a minimum of sr500 on your initial treatment.

2. The name of the sender must be indicated on the moment of booking or attending the consultation. We need them to to be able to credit the reference at the time of purchasing the treatment.

3. The new client must present the reference card at the time of purchasing the treatment.

For discounts to apply, the above actions must be taken: We cannot accept discounts for new clients or referrals after the start of the treatment.
